"Makyu-san" (hereinafter referred to as "this application") handles user data as described below.

1. Game Progress

1.1 Local Storage of Game Progress

• User data such as current progress, high scores, and experience points (EXP) are automatically saved in the app's local storage.
• This ensures that your game progress will be restored even if gameplay is interrupted or the app is closed.
• Your progress is encrypted and stored locally on your device whenever the app launches, pauses, or when a game ends.

1.2 Cloud Storage via Google Drive

• When you sign in with your Google account, your game progress is automatically saved to the app's dedicated storage area on Google Drive.
• This ensures that your progress can be restored simply by signing in again, even if you uninstall the app or switch to a new device.
• Saved game data is stored exclusively in your own Google Drive and is never shared with other users.

2. Rankings and Achievements

2.1 Submitting Scores and Achievements to Google Play Games

• High scores and achievements are automatically submitted to Google Play Games when the app launches or when a game ends.
• This allows you to compete with friends and players around the world.

2.2 Retrieving Leaderboard Rankings

• Rankings change dynamically as scores from other players are submitted.
• To keep leaderboards up to date, the app may automatically retrieve ranking information from Google Play Games while running.

2.3 Displaying Rankings and Achievements

• By signing in to Google Play Games, you can view your current rankings and unlocked achievements.
• You can tap the "Ranking" and "Achievements" buttons within this app to launch Google Play Games and check your progress.

2.4 Sharing Rankings

• If your ranking is not displayed, please make sure your game activity privacy is set to "Public" in the Google Play Games settings.
• Once enabled, your current ranking will be displayed and shared on the leaderboards.

2.5 Unauthorized or Fraudulent Score Submissions

• If fraudulent activity, such as data tampering or score manipulation, is detected, the associated records may be removed from the leaderboards without prior notice.

3. Special Notes

• This application never accesses any data on your device unrelated to the app, nor does it send data to any external servers other than those described above.
• No information other than what is publicly displayed on Google Play Games will ever be shared with other users.
• Please do not attempt to modify or tamper with the app's saved data, as doing so may cause your game progress to be corrupted or lost.
